Good mornin! Rent paying work keeps interfering, but I guess you all know the deal. Some of it is fun though, and this week will have another cool assignment, hanging out with the guys from DeWolff in their studio. It does mean, less time to HiVe… So, last week we only had time to post about the wild new Stinking Lizaveta and Argentinian doom masters En La Niebla. Besides editing and reposting about that awe inspiring Golem album and scuzzy skater crazies of LáGoon. Hopefully we can post some more this week. Cause listening to the new Phe, Domkraft, Dozer, Steak, Queens Of The Stone Age, The Grok and Black Space Riders damn well get the creative juices flowing! Have a great week y’all!

Below is the playlist for Week 42, featuring a selection of albums and tracks from my Bandcamp collection that are currently available to listen to...

Yes, we know… It’s Tuesday already. But thing got weird and hectic yesterday. And will remain so for the foreseeable future. But don’t worry, we’ve got another Premiere for you this week! And I’m looking forward to one hell of an interview on Thursday. With one of the members of one of the bands in the Top 10 above… It’s gonna be a Perfecth Thursday!

And maybe you can still check out the stuff we mentioned last week? Or did you already listen to that wild Dead Sea Apes album? Or the five star brilliance that is Iron Jinn? We reposted about the cool Rust Lords, Wizards of Hazards and Earthlore. And premiered a video for The Home and single for Rapidly Aging. And on top of all that came out swinging, our very own poet Ronny Dijksterhuis with a kick ass Quick Fire Friday session. That’s a lot of music for one week! And if you weren’t tired of reading about all that, we also put up a long form interview with the amazing Phantom Logic. Perhaps a fifteen to twenty minute read about everything surround the band and of course, Earthless… Check it out. Check it all out… And let’s go Week 38!

Morning everyone! This post usually goes up on Monday, but as usual, stuff and an interview with Ugly Kid Joe got in the way. They always do. They rocked the stage and were tight as hell. Pre-show Virgin Prozak was also pretty damn good with their weird mix of everything heavy. Looking back at the week we did a Quick Fire Friday session, finished the Stoner Hype for July post and we’re honored to premiere the debut Cobranoid album! What a scorcher! The new and wonderful Tusmørke album got mentioned and the Castle single 100 Eyes. And the totally frightened Ronny wrote about Absorb. And during the weekend we finally published the review for the new Psychlona album Warped Vision. And we had hoped to have the Phil Hey interview about that album finished by now. But it might take a few more days. The rent needs to get paid unfortunately… Let’s hope we finish it quickly and can do more this week! Enjoy the sun and check out them albums in the Top 10 Most Listened list, they’re all worth it!
