In 2009 the Swiss formation Feuerzeug surprised almost everyone at the end of the year with an amazing album called Drive Fast And Crash!. So when the release of their sophomore album was announced at the end of 2011 I expected them to reign supreme in the Ultimate Stoner HiVe Top 20 of 2011. But no, it was not to be. For the album did not escape their own clutches until the clock had struck twelve and fireworks lit up the sky. Enticed by a video teaser such as Release The Kraken; everyone ached to hear Dead Wahines And Tsunamis. The wait is almost over. And until that day we have a three-track sampler as a pacifier. But these songs do not sooth the inner demon; but awakes that beast within and shows it a damn good time with some incredibly massive riffs, heavy hitting monstrous drums and masterful basswork. It is true; great things deserve the wait!
