Onwards and Upwards in 2018 !
As promised a little more data and stuff about the Stoner HiVe Top 20 countdown of 2017. In the end 91 of the 92 lists that you lovely freaks sent in were counted. One list came in a few days too late to be used. The amount of albums voted for was no less than a total of 494 albums. Although some of those votes were cast for albums released in 2016; and not just in December 2016. Below are the numbers 21 to 100. With Clouds Taste Satanic and their amazing The Glitter Of Infinite Hell record missing one point to make it to the Top 20 and Solus missing 104 points to do the same. To be fair, those are the 80 bands featured below the Top 20. A lot of which received the same amount of votes. So, if you would really move to Number 100 in points you would end up with an extra list of 94 albums that would end with the Dool – Here Now, There Then record. But let's stick with this list. Either way, it was a damn good year for heavy music once again!
