We’ve been mentioning Monobrow since their first release and think we have mentioned all of their releases so far. Their self-titled album from 2010 even made it to the Number 8 spot of the Stoner HiVe Top 20 Countdown of that year thanks to all you cats that voted for it. Bennington Triangle Blues from 2012 is still every bit as awesome as the day it was released and the same can be said about Big Sky – Black Horse from 2014. And let’s not forget about The Nacarat released in 2017, such a kick ass record! Well, the August Doom Charts arrived and guess what… They’re back, they’ve brought trumpets and are even heavier than before! It’s the Canadian three from Monobrow! And their fifth full-sized album A Decorative Piece Of Time. The instrumental trio has always had a keen ear on everything spacious, stoner and psychedelic when it comes to all out heavy trucking, chugging and riffing. But slowly, over the space of all their releases things became darker, doomier and definitely more dangerous. There’s an edge out there; and these cats know exactly what kind of music is playing…
