 J.R.R. Tolkien

This is a one-stop shop for the best new albums in the world.

Yes, and September sees a big shake up from the previous month’s list with heavy hitters Goatsnake, Dopethrone and Demon Head falling just outside the top 25 making way for some strong releases. So head on over and scroll on down that majestic Doom Chart list to see who made it to Number One and who those newcomers are…

Spoiler alert for...

On Number 12 we find a band that has been walking the rock ‘n roll tightrope for ages. Thanks to a highly unpredictable singer and a line-up that keeps on changing. But everyone was stunned when this album came out cause their throwback sound, vintage take and proto-colorings are filled with a massive drive and a majestic groove. And to top things off, Mr. Bobby Liebling has never sounded better! Why yes, it’s Pentagram and we love it!
